My recent visit to this Lidl was very disappointing. The shift manager name daise was shockingly rude and raised their voice at me in front of others. I felt embarrassed and disrespected. A manager should set the example for good customer service, not behave aggressively. I hope Lidl takes steps to improve staff behavior.
