I used to love shopping in this store, up until they installed the self checkout tills. You are basically forced to use them anytime you go in. This was part of the reason why I stopped shopping at Asda. Looks like I will be looking to shop elsewhere. The machines constantly require a staff member to use their fob if there is a weight error. I am extremely disappointed you have chosen to go down this route.
I walked around the store for ten minutes looking for assistance, I finally gave up and went to check out with items but the queues were too long and all trollies so I had to leave my items for my lunch break and leave go back to work before my lunch time was over
