Very poor customer service and behavior…
Very poor customer service and behavior at Lidl Acton High Street.
One customer was asking for assistance, but on of the staff members treated him very badly and even shouted at him. That’s unacceptable. The manager should train the staff on how to treat customers with respect.

Lidl Acton on the decline
Lidl Acton was in a bad way this evening. Poor stock levels (as a minimum I do want to get my shopping), on top of that fruit and veg moulding, messy general feel of the store, and as others have said no trolleys and the blue plastic karts are a state. I know you are cheaper than Morrisons up the road but I don’t recall your stores, including Acton, being this bad.

Lidl in London -
I shop at Lidl in London. Sometimes in the Shepherd's Bush store and sometimes in the new East Action store. They have the best prices of any grocery chain in the UK and I love all the tools (manual and power) that they sell. It's like going into Alladin's Cave to go to Lidl. They often have new and different things to try out. But remember, when it's gone it's gone! So go to Lidl and take back a little of the purchasing power than inflation has robbed.

Excellent customer service by Amir (Acton high Street store) he is always very friendly and does his upmost to help customers.
Amir always has a smile on his face and if you ask him where anything is he knows what products you are on about and what aisle, he takes you there rather than leave you to find it yourself like some staff.
