The worst customer service I’ve ever…
The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered from a supermarket.
From a store manager who didn’t understand the basic return policy (corrected grudgingly by head office), to vouchers which were issued separately to cover my loss, but couldn’t be used together to changing a voucher valid for a year, to a one-month expiry.
I’ll spend that voucher. Then I’ll never return. I’d rather stick needles in my eyes than continue to shop at Lidl.
