Just shopped in tooting bec branch, the security man treated the other staff like shit, shouting at him done from the self-service till it was embarrassing, I gave him a nice review weeks ago, I'm reporting it to head office

Does Lidl take complaints of racism by…

Does Lidl take complaints of racism by a member of staff seriously? Of course not, they don’t even investigate your complaint they just move the member of staff to another store.

They claim that it has been dealt with by the area manager, yet there is no report on file, it’s like it didn’t happen.

Their customer service department is an absolute shambles.
