Lidl GB - GB1808 Reviews 3

Bought a microwave from lidl in Northallerton.
Its less than 1 year old but over 6 months I have the receipt.
Needles to say the item has gone faulty.
Anyways took it back to the store but ther are not interested!

Unhelpfull girl in store said "ring customer services i can't help you"

So have tried and tried to call the number but guess what.... thats right you guessed it nobody answers.

Thanks for nothing lidl!

Popped into Northallerton Lidl for a quick lunchtime sandwich.
All seemed quiet at first but then when I went to pay there were two tills open with huge queues.
I waited patiently while the cashier on the till messed around trying to download the Lidl app with a customer and repeatedly tried to get it to work.
I was willing to wait as I now had no time to go anywhere else- that was until the cashier started picking his nose while we all stood and waited.
I left without my sandwich - pretty unpleasant experience all round.

Got a £95 parking fine for staying 20 minutes too long in their car park, despite doing my weekly shop (circa £100) at the time. Lidl refused to offer any assistance in my appeal. This make shopping at Lidl a false economy. Tesco Aldi and Asda (all local) offer free parking.
