Stupid mixed boxes don't match customer needs
Generally prices are good at Lidl and their bread is excellent. However, the way Lidl stocks its shelves is daft. The have these mixed packs, so, for example, a pack is half French and half Italian coffee. It is obvious customers prefer the Italian as it is slightly milder, so they scrabble through all the boxes looking for any Italian. Today there were more than 20 French, 1 Italian. Last week no Italian, so we either go without, or were forced to buy something we didn't really want.
It is the same with the yoghurts. Lots of flavours in one tray and you can see where everybody has picked through 4 or 5 trays to try to find the flavours they want.
You would think someone in head office would have the sense to make sure that what was on the shelf matched what people wanted to buy
