Visited Gloucester U.K. Lidel and was totally disgusted by the attitude of the staff. I hadn’t got a pound for the trolly , so I asked if they had any tokens for the trolly and they didn’t, I then asked if I could borrow a pound for the trolly. But the rude customer service staff member , said no and said I could pitch the pound, to which I explained I wouldn’t and they can ascote me out of the store once I’ve finished shopping and would hand it back to them. They said no.. so the £300 I would have spent there I went to Tesco instead… and I’ll never be using Lidels again and be advising all I know the same !!
