Utterly rude and shocking

I was attended to by a very rude staff called Cladiu at Lidl Purley way in Croydon. I asked him to change £2 coin to £1 each so that I can purchase something for my children from charitypodz vending machine.
This guy refuses to change the £2 coin despite the fact that I spent to be exact £112.14 in the shop. He just lost it and snapped at me.
I requested to talk to the manager but he is even worse when he turned up. He insist they will not change the money, I remind him we are paying £112.14 for our item and I just need the coins to buy thing from the vending machine. He replied, "whatever "
This is my worst experience in any Lidl store as a loyal customer.
This is totally unacceptable.

Worse customer service

I have lost count of the amounts of years that I been shopping with this company, I have never been in a position to complain, today after been shopping for 45 minutes in the purley way branch and put my shopping to be scanned by the cashier I put my trolley like I always do without interfering or blocking any areas for others customers or employees, the cashier told me that I wasn't allowed to put the trolley like that, which I replied that I can't do my packing over the trolley ,she could not care about it, she will not even start to scanned my shopping and insisted that the trolley needs to be put the way she said, I told her that I can't pack my shopping like that,she said that is a company policy and the trolley needs to be where she says, at that point I left my shopping there and left very upset is the 1st time in my life that I have been treated like this in a store, the customer service or care that this cashier has shown is the worse that I have seen in years
