I cannot believe the ineptness of Lidl

I cannot believe the ineptness of Lidl. I had a problem with a loaf baked instore that wasn't cooked (24th August). Complained to them and they sent me a small voucher. When I told them that the voucher didn't cover the cost of the loaf and my costs incurred returning the loaf they sent another small voucher. Today believe it or not I tried to use the vouchers and they wouldn't scan. Assistant called a manager and told her to enter the number of the vouchers manually. Still no use. Paid the bill in full and contacted Customer Care. Believe it or not their advice was to return to the store and try again! If the voucher didn't work ask the manager to contact Customer Care. I cannot believe how inept this company is. Maybe they give vouchers out that they know will not work so people get so frustrated they go to Aldi or Asda etc. I think they should change the name of their contact to Customer Doesn't Care!
