My mother went into the Marlow store
My mother went into the Marlow store, obviously walking badly and using a stick. She used one the baskets with handles, after paying for her shopping, she asked the manager if she could use the basket to take her shopping to the car. He looked at her and then walked off. She asked someone else in Lidl uniform, they did the same thing. My mother carried the two bags, with another large item whilst using her stick across the road to the car park. Not one member of staff offered to help her. My mother spent the next two days in pain because of her shoulder and hip. I would have gone for her, if she had told me she needed items, but I was at work.
Customer Service is appalling, and considering this store is an area with a high demographic of elderly residents they should be more considerate. My generation was bought up to be observant, compassionate and considerate towards others. God help us if this generation are the ones who will be one day running all of the business's etc. Lidl you should be ashamed of yourselves for treating YOUR customers like this!
