Slough retail park store

Rude staff at check out. I made the huge mistake not to use the self check out machine and went straight to the till. The woman ( marjit) working at the till didn't even say hello, she had an issue with the receipt printer which is totally OK but didn't apologise to customers, took ages to get the issue sorted and didn't say a word throughout the whole transaction. Didn't ask if I wanted to pay cash or card. Just waited for me to take my card out . Horrible customer journey and experience
