My connection with Chris Anderson started many years ago when I was looking for life insurance for me and my wife. Chris has always gone out of his way to assist in our needs, and his response time is immaculate. I can say, on a lighter note, he is quicker to respond than a bullet out of a rifle. I am so happy and have peace of mind to have a Life Broker like Chris Anderson, who is one of a kind. Keep it up.

I completed a compare the market assessment for my husbands life insurance which resulted in three companies quoting but the premiums were higher than the policy we already have.
I dismissed the need to shop around and unsubscribe from any emails. I received a phone call from Jordan Pereira and to be honest I was extremely rude to him and hung up on him. To his credit though he called me again from his private phone number, I gave him the benefit of any doubt and we worked through my husbands insurance. Jordan explained everything to me in a clear and comprehensive way that I now have a greater understanding of exactly what we are covered for.
It is a testament to Jordan for his persistence to call me again. We are in the process of rewriting our insurance with the same company and I look forward to a solid working relationship into the future.

Having never looked into income Protection before, I needed very patient representatives to answer all my questions and to guide me through the medical disclosure process. I was very fortunate to speak to consultants Rita, followed by Ryan Bui who were very efficient, communicative and highly knowledgable of the different product/levels they represented. Ryan had to liaise with my chosen insurance service provider over some tricky medical issues that I had completely forgot about. Never once did he make me feel like I was dragging the process out (which I was!). He was also thoughtful in the way he explained certain questions and the way he communicated during my work hours. If the service I received from Rita and Ryan is any thing to go by (ie reflective of all the consultants at Lifebroker), then I highly recommend this service.
