Caring and prompt
Chris was caring and prompt in his communications, essential as I am currently residing abroad. Unfortunately, I wasn't particularly impressed with the insurer which tainted the experience (zero recognition of having paid premiums since 2008), but I cannot fault Lifebroker and the service provided.

Lifebroker team are the real deal
Bravo was fantastic. From first contact he took full control on providing a comparison between income protection providers and Trauma insurance to capitalise on inclusions and save on costs. within a matter of days both policies were finalised through 2 different providers.

Good experience
I was assisted by Bhaveshkumar and later Janice. I found the communication style effective and responsive. He helped me understand the differences between policies and different service providers. He also helped find me a plan that was within my needs. No pushy sales And no pressure. I found both Bhaveshkumar and Janice easy to understand, kind, relatable and considerate. I have no worries recommending these guys.
