Vincent was spot on very helpful and informative and worked hard to get us the best product
He was not over demanding or pushy which many in this sector are, which i pesonally find vey annoying even though its the norm

The service offered by life financial services has been great, as a first time buyer it gave me the reassurance and encouragement needed to move forward and get a mortgage sorted. Something I wasn't sure could ever happen. Lots of options were provided throughout the process, and Chloe and Nicola kept me updated at all times.

I had the delight of having Andrew, Nicola & Paris help me and my fiance with our mortgage. Being first time buyers Andrew was there guiding us through every little detail of what would be best for us in the current situation with the deposit we had & kept checking back in even after the mortgage application had been sent off and accepted. We even had a congratulations from him after he heard everything had gone through and we were about to move in.

Once that was finished and we got to the apart with the solicitors we had Nicola & Paris helping us every single step of the way. When we couldn't get a hold of our solicitors, they were there contacting them via email or phone call on our behalf to answer any queries or questions we had at the time & were there when ever we needed them as we progressed through the process.

Being first time buyers, these 3 were absolutely amazing! I couldn't recommend them more than you possibly can and 5* is well worth how helpful they were.

Getting any form of insurance has always been a daunting prospect for myself and truth be told I was never sure if I was just going to be "swindled" by another company for something I wasn't sure I needed.

Luckily for me I had Orianne to quickly settle any doubts or fears and talk me through the process. Throughout all of our conversations she was honest and clear with everything being discussed and extremely patient with my many questions. I also never thought I would be laughing and feeling at ease whilst sorting our insurance but it speaks volumes to the level of skill and care Orianne has and I cannot thank her enough for making it so much easier.
