Waited two weeks to get an appointment…
Waited two weeks to get an appointment on a Saturday. My appointment time was 8am. Showed up on time. Was told they are allready behind. Waited untill after 10am before I got in. They were taking all walking and putting them in with appointments. What was the point of making an appointment if they do not adhere to it? In London we are limited to blood works on the weekend. But waiting two hours after your appointment time is quite ludicrous

Life labs, sarnia ontario. on exmouth st. 1rst off very dirty! 2nd the lady taking blood hardly speaks English, dirty looking hair,dandruff all over her black shirt.Yes I left,if I can't understand you and your hygiene is disgusting, you are not touching or drawing blood from me.i find it hard to believe there's no qualified Canadian that speaks English and understands English ..Something needs to be done..My dr said he's had numerous complaints about communication and how dirty life labs is.come on canada Do better..

They really screwed this up. No one ever answers the phone. I used to be able to book an appointment for them to come to the house. They changed all that to make it more difficault. Now something like you have to fax it first or no appoint. Why do they keep screwing things up Im really pissed at the new systems

This is by far the worst service I've ever used. The my Care webpage does not work, and you need to type in a ridiculous amount of information to find out your basic results. Need to reset your password? Forget it, you have to answer the security questions you setup ages ago, and if you don't remember them, too bad, you're locked out of VITAL HEALTH INFORMATION. Whomever made this garbage interface should be charged for withholding necessary information. Terrible

Disappointed
My wife had an appointment at LifeLab 1100 Shepherd this afternoon. It took her 45 minutes for a blood test. The lab is unmanaged. There were 3 employees and they were unable to do their job and did not pay the slightest attention to the clients. When she complained they laughed and just said don't worry. It seems that big companies no longer care about their customers and only care about their own profits.

I went to lifelab on 7131 Bathurst, Steeles and Bathurst because they have a sign saying walk in welcome.
I waited for more than 2 hours, after 1 1/ 2 hour they removed me from the waiting list, I took a picture from the waiting list. When I asked for my requisition after 2 hours, miraculously I was next. This kind of harassment I experience numerous times, especially in Jewish areas because of my natural bright blond hairs.
When I called lifelab customer service a woman named Monika told me this happens when they get busy. What harassing people? Repugnant and worse under the Nazies!
Looking like a scam - Beware!
I placed my order on Tuesday, December 3. Today is Monday, December 9. I paid extra for two day shipping and their tracking says that the label has been created. Seriously?? Am I even going to get the product? So far, this company is proving to be a scam. Beware.

Customer Service very very poor, many patients was waiting no call to anyone, personnel was just chatting inside the cubicle then, star calling people but just to still waiting inside the cubicle without attention.
I made an appointment and still waited excessively long
I made an appointment, because I have low immunity, arrived for my appointment on time and was still waiting over an HOUR for my PRESCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. In a waiting room full of people coughing and sneezing. After I was FINALLY called to the cubicle was poked multiple times and they weren’t even able to get all the blood necessary for the tests. Absolutely appalling!

Today I had bloodwork and ECG done at the Lorraine Avenue, Kitchener, Ontario location and all the staff there are fantastic. It's always been my lab of choice for this very reason. They're very efficient, friendly and welcoming. Always feel very much at ease. Well done!

I had two blood tests at the Lifelabs on 10th st in Nanaimo and received prompt and efficient, if cool, service with incredibly fast results. No complaints there. HOWEVER the lifelabs online appointment booking system is appalling it flat out DOES NOT WORK I tried multiple times to book a 3rd blood test I tried to book at all Nanaimo locations but got the same result - clicked 'apply' repeatedly - nothing happened. I tried on my laptop and on my phone but no good. THEY SHOULD ALLOW EACH LOCATION TO MAKE THEIR OWN APPOINTMENTS! Also they really need a 'chat' feature for getting help they only have a phone number.
My latest visit to LifeLab branch Jane/Bloor 2425 Bloor Street West
This branch is the one I deal with most of the times. This time however Ruby, the nurse made my visit different. She was such a wonderful nurse, welcoming her patients when their turn comes. She actually made the blood draw from my right hand arm vein so simple I couldn't feel it at all. To many, this practice is so difficult because my blood veins hardly can be traced. I congratulate this branch to have such a dedicated nurse.

I find three labs in Guelph I have visited to be disorganized. The front end staff basically yell out information for all to hear.No rhyme or reason to lining up to register walk ins lined up with booked appts.Felt like hunger games.I had to ask if I could move to front because I had a booked appt. The lady at the desk called me sir I not a trans or sir just a tall female.
The people that draw the blood work have all been great no complaints

I visited the Long Lake,Sudbury location this morning. I had a disheartening experience last week when I arrived an discovered that I should of fasted. It resulted in me having to return today in order for my test to arrive at my Doctor on time for my appointment. I want to commend,and,thank Liz for expediting this test and for making it a seamless experience. I thought it was going to be a nightmare,but,it was just the opposite because of an employee as outstanding as Liz. I sure hope she is acknowledged for her outstanding service.

This company forces patients to register online before proceeding with a booking. The problem is that when you try to login in, their system does not recognize the password. Even using the "secure"password that they provide, it is still impossible to log in. This problem has existed for at least six months, so the owners must be aware of the problem but just do not care.
