I was a member for more than 10 years and I liked to be member of their panel. Suddenly without any explanation they blocked my account after I had saved more value on it than usual (what a coincidence). I asked them dozens of times what was the reason, the answer always was "due to a severe reason which we can't tell you". So they claim they block my account because I am doing something wrong but they can't even tell what it was and that at a moment I had a higher value on my account than usual. This smells ... Still I have no idea what could have been the reason. Because the don't give me an explanation I can only think they wanted to party with what I had earned. So if you don't want to end with them using the money you have worked for, don't become a member.

Honestly just annoying half the surveys never work and freeze and glitch. After spending 15min doing a survey for it to freeze and kick you out and you get no points is so frustrating.
The high point surveys always seem to be gone and takes forever to build up points.

Total scam!!! Steals time and refuses to pay accused you of lying on surveys when they are opinion based and they are suppose to be anonymous with no proof!!
I completed enough surveys to earn five dollars. I gave honest answers and these are supposed to be anonymous. And when it came to claim my rewards the five dollars, it would not allow me. Mind you there were no problems. I completed each survey successfully. With honest answers! Andthen I get a message after I complain that I lied or something on them which they have no proof of so they can not pay me, but keep in mind they stole my time. This is fraud and illegal. And then they suspended my account with no proof. I have also forwarded this to the Attorney General'soffice for theft of services. You cannot have someone participate in surveys which our opinion based and steal their answers and time and refused to pay them. Will be contacting more members on this platform and seeing if I can start a class action lawsuit.

All started well BUT as soon as you get some money you could cash, surveys dry up then you think ah ok I’ll just cash in and give up !! Ah no you can’t do that either . It’s rigged so you can’t actually receive your money either through PayPal or voucher . Waste of time . Top surveys does pay for anyone reading .

Was part of the service for a few years and then I was banned with no explanation as to what happened. I still have $20.00 in my account that they owe me.
Not a great way to do service.

Can not cash points because will not let me go to e-certificates

The surveys were legit and you could earn points and cash out easily. HOWEVER, once you get a few points, there are rarely any surveys available, so you have no opportunities to earn more. I decided to just cash out the points I had left and probably move on. When trying to redeem my last $5 reward to paypal, I got an error message and was told to reach out to support. I did, and I got a message back stating my account was suspended, I can't get it back, and I'd lose the remaining points I have. They were "unable to explain why" they canceled my account. So, if you want to spend 2 months of your life to get $10 and then lose whatever you have left, go for it. Otherwise, find something else.

Lame site let's you earn money until it's almost time to cash out, and then tells you that your account is suspended without giving you a reason and keeps the money you earned. Don't use this survey site!

Got paid out twice, regular surveys, higher points than average and easy to achieve threshold

Its super duper amazing ang legit paying apps, as long as you answer the survey honestly you get the point you deserve and to those who answer the survey and suddenly got screen out to the survey it because they have the target specific survey so don't get annoyed if your are got screen out it's because the survey is not for you.

Compared to many other websites, survey are 90% not qualifying for you. Payments, you get there very slow.
