Nordic Jumper
Very easy friendly website with a fantastic choice for all. Updated straight away with my delivery tracking number where I could amend delivery dates to my convenience. The jumper looks very good quality, 100% wool, so it should be nice and warm for our Scottish summers. Bought for a “Mother’s Day” present, which is still a week away but I’m sure my wife will love it as it’s a present from the kids.
**Update** 10/03/2024. The 100% woollen fisherman jumper is a hit. The fit is excellent and the pattern is superb. The jumper is lovely and thick and very soft to touch.

One Very Happy Customer!
I was delighted to see the pullover that I wanted to own on the Lifesbetteroutdoors website at a very competitive price. Without delay I placed my order, and without delay (only a matter of days) my pullover was delivered at my home. It was as described on the internet and fitted perfectly. The product was excellant and of great quality
The product was of great quality. It came well packaged and arrived promptly. Royal mail was a bit confusing saying it was delivered in one email and then saying it was returned to sender in another. However it all ended well it had been left with a neighbour.
I was lucky I got the size right. However it would be better if you had a good sizing guide. I did not see one. This is the only improvement I can think off. Otherwise you were great and I would recommend your company.

This company’s customer service is exceptional. I made an error when ordering an expensive item that could have proved very costly. It was very easy to contact the company and I received a response very quickly. Once I had explained my mistake the company could not have been more helpful and the situation was quickly rectified.
