Incorrect size ordered
I accidentally ordered the incorrect size online. I contacted them straight away to explain my error as I had specified next day delivery. They immediately amended the order before it was dispatched and I received the correct size next day as planned. Cannot fault their customer service and communications and will definitely order from them again in the future.

First class service.
I placed my order on Sunday and it arrived in the Scottish highlands on Wednesday, not all companies seem to be able to do this.
The garment was reasonably priced, it is a perfect fit, I love it and look forward to wearing it.
My only concern is that the packaging had been opened but the item is undamaged and nothing is missing.

Lamor - I love it!! Strong, well made, great colour and fits well. Material is canvass but soft. I’m 43”chest and xl is a snug fit so any doubts go up a size colour is slightly more garnet and darker than photo but I’m grateful for that. I’ll get another!

I placed an order over a month ago and…
I placed an order over a month ago and still haven’t got my order. From what I’ve been told, Royal Mail ‘delivered’ the item and left it on the door stop and as a result, I have not received my item as it has clearly been taken. I am in the process of making a complaint but haven’t had any satisfactory resolution.

Hello. We are really at a loss as to why you are giving us such a bad rating? You have literally just confirmed your Patagonia Fleece was delivered and it was stolen from your doorstep, in your own review.
We would like to know what exactly we have done wrong? We have since learned that you live in a block of flats in London, yet, asked us to leave your package at your doorstep. No other instructions, just that. We did exactly what you asked and Royal Mail sent you a photo of your package sat right by your front door. You have literally just said the same.
People who get their product delivered for free, right to their front door are usually really happy and give us 5/5 rating. We gave you the exact same service as everyone else.
We therefore need to make everyone aware that your front door is in a public throughway passed by anyone and everyone.
You have a photo from Royal Mail of your package delivered and left right outside your front door.
Royal Mail email all customers with a 2 hour window of when the package is being delivered.
Were you there during this window? No
Did you tell us about a preferred safe place if not in? No
Did you ask for a signed for package so it would not be left without a signature? No
So, all the issues here relate to your instructions, or to be precise, a total absence of instructions.
All we are able to do, is follow your instructions, just like all our other customers who give us 5/5.
