Fixed but could have been better
The good was they came back and fixed the issues and the price was good.
The negative was the corners were not done well, the pool fence was not addressed which hooked up to the old fence and now no longer reached and there really should have been a center board going across each section for better support…hence the better pricing.

Two separate fence jobs
Last year I needed to replace my fence with my nextdoor neighbor on my left. Lifescaping was the only fence company that came to look at the job AND actually submit a bid. Then they came when they said they would and did a wonderful job. This year I needed repairs to the fence I share with my other nextdoor neighbor. Again they came to see the job, and again submitted a reasonable bid, came to do the work when they said they would, and did a great job. I have recommended to someone else I know who needs a fence.

Never Again
Just about every step of the process after the initial consult was a nightmare. Shared fence was left open overnight because of a worker shortage, fence was not built up to proposed height, checks were entered with the incorrect amount leaving the final total not matching what we owed and it took over a month and 17 phone calls to correct enough of the issues for me to stop fighting so I could be done with lifescaping. When I would call, I would be bounced around between people and the “correct person” for the day was inevitably on the other line or out of the office. They need to work on communication between their staff and builders so installation can happen correctly to improve customer satisfaction. Would not recommend Lifescaping as anything other than a place for everyone to avoid doing business.

Lifescaping is a outstanding company. I base my review on my personal experience with them. I got 3 quotes for a fence replacement. My daughter recommended them to me after her great experience with them. Lifescaping was the middle bid, and I'm so glad I went with them. From the scheduling to the completed project, it was a painless and stress-free process. Excellent workmanship and fencing products. I highly recommend this company.

Watch what you sign on the contract
The only thing that went wrong was the gal in AR kept after me for the neighbors half of the bill, even after I let them know about the arrangement. Other than that, the job was fine.
