When we decided to look into getting a chairlift I’m so glad I contacted Lifeway Mobility. The salesperson, Anita, was very easy to talk with and was very knowledgeable about the product. She wasn’t high pressure at all, which I really appreciate as we weren’t sure we were ready to commit to anything just yet. When we decided we needed to move forward quickly, she responded promptly and was very helpful in getting the paperwork figured out and then set us up for an immediate installation appointment. The installer, Allan, was very friendly and worked very hard to get everything set up within a few hours. He explained how everything worked and that I was confident using the chairlift. I am very pleased with the service I received from both Anita and Allan and would highly recommend Lifeway Mobility when needing to purchase a chairlift.

Overall, Lifeway Mobility did a fine job with the installation of my two stairlifts. The salesman, Neil, was very patient with my many questions prior to installation and Shane the installer was friendly and competent I would definitely recommend the
company to others looking for stairlifts.

Drew was there when he said he would be was competent and helpful. He fixed one problem, reassured me that the motion was normal, and showed me where to leave the stair climber so that the battery would charge. ( I had it exactly backward, orange light = charging). We are grateful.

Kyle was professional, answered all my questions and cleaned up before leaving. You can tell he takes pride in his work.

Just over a month ago my husband and I made the wisest decision, both from a handicap equipment and personal financial business perspective. Though we're both physically challenged, and recently developed a most urgent need for a stair lift.

Immediately I began researching online, basing assessment not only on thorough company information provided, but very important customer reviews. Thankfully due to the many found, the fact that the Bruno Independent Living Aids product is made in the USA, and is Veteran-founded (I myself am a U.S. Navy Veteran), we made the decision right then to call and arrange for an initial consultation.

On 12/01/25, Jonathan Butler (Sales Rep) meet us at our home at 5p to assess our needs. He displayed the utmost professionalism and product knowledge so as we could be well-informed to make the best decision possible. Upon making our decision, Johnathan was able to accommodate processing our down-payment right then, so we could get the process going ASAP as our need was that immediate.

Johnathan was able to accommodate our needs successfully. He's also stupendous in team cooperation and coordination. Johnathan raved about Manny Gonzalez (Installer), and his praises were well-founded to be certain. Initially the next available install we were looking at would have been the end of the next week; however with a few phone calls and bring put on a cancelation wait list, we were able to get that scheduled for exactly one week later on 12/08/25 at 1p.

Manny Gonzalez (Installer) politely called to let us know he would be arriving shortly. Upon his prompt arrival, his thoroughness, knowledge and professionalism were beyond impressive. His enthusiastic yet profound demeanor of excellence left us enthralled at the fact we'd contracted with a company who brings such joy to its associates.

Manny's precision is unmatched, his technical knowledge so very vast and intricate. He has a way of explaining the stair lift functions so that you're left with no worries, and provides a way to reach out if any questions arise. He doubled-checked his work then showed us all functions until we were completely comfortable with the system. His attention to detail is unsurpassed.

Both Johnathan and Manny are empathetic, genuine, intelligent, kind, extremely professional and are excellent representatives of the Bruno Independent Living Aids Company. It is my sincere hope that both Johnathan and Manny are recognized, honored and rewarded by the company for their excellence, as their hearts are truly dedicated.

Smooth installation

Frank did a smooth installation and made sure we understood how to use and maintain the stairlifts.
He was efficient and very cordial. I would recommend him with confidence and ask for him again if we ever need service.

Matt in Sales and Eric in Service were outstanding, prompt professional, explaining everything in detail. This chair has made my Dad’s life easier and Safe, I would highly recommend!

Installation was quick and perfect.

Drew Rapp called half an hour before arriving. Was professional and friendly. Completed the job in less than 2 hours. Redid the bottom of ramp so my wheelchair could transition up the ramp easily. The ramp looks very nice and meets my needs. I would highly recommend Drew and Lifeway Mobility!

Joe was kind, fast, professional, and efficient.

The installation was good, but the follow up has been non existent. Several months after we purchased a 3 floor unit, we had an electrical problem. I reached out to the company 4 times, received one e mail and no solution to the problem. Since we paid full price for a new unit specifically because of the warranty, this was very disappointing. I do not recommend.

We had the pleasure of meeting with and observing the work of Antwan and Zachary. They worked very efficiently, each doing one of our two chair lifts.This also cut their work time in half.
At certain points, Zach would ask us our preferences. Clean up was perfect.
My husband and I highly recommend this company!
