thank you for your feedback and we’re sorry to hear you’re not totally happy. It looks like you started having problems in September 2018 as that order and one in November had to be put through by us.
Looking at your account in more detail, it seems that your account had got set to inactive, so you couldn’t log in. We’re not sure why this has happened, but we have reset it to active.
