I ordered 4 uplighter/downlighters at 4.30pm on a Thursday and they were delivered, properly packed, via Fedex at 11.30am the next day, ensuring the electrician was not held up. Excellent service, it pays to usea top tier carrier.

The website was easy to use with no fuss. Package arrived the next day and was as described and as depicted in the pictures.

Same as last time I ordered at 6pm, lights arrived at 10am the next day. Unbelievable service. I don't know how you do it. I love the lights too.

The lights that were delivered were lovely and delivered quickly. However, I ordered 2 other lights at the same time which were shown as being in stock. These didn't come with the order that was delivered. I received no note, no email to say they were out of stock. I had to chase the company to ask when I would receive the rest of my order only to be told that I'd have to wait approx 6 weeks ! Really annoyed. Please keep your stock details up to date and if something isn't in stock you need to let your customers know when it will be back in stock asap.

Poor delivery times, poor customer service response.
I ordered 2 outdoor Whitby lights, both supposedly in stock and 'ready to dispatch in 1-2 days' on 12th May, today is 30th May and still no delivery. My website account says 'stock pending'. Emailed customer services using the website form on 25th May, received an email to say it had been submitted but, again, no reply!! Rather hacked off as I have an electrician here to fit 10 lights which is supposed to include these in 2 days time. Mightily unhappy that he will have to come back a second time (AT MY EXPENSE!)to fit these 2 lights ......assuming they ever arrive.

Purchased duo 111 3l bar pendant lighting on bank holiday weekend and arrived Tuesday morning. Assembled and fitted same day. What a stunning light. Exactly what our dining room needed. Great price, great quality and just amazing customer service. Thank you

Placed an order on 6th May for two items, one of which was listed as “ready to dispatch” and the other with a 5–7 working day lead time. Weeks passed with no communication from Lighting Direct. After emailing customer service on 19th May, the supposedly ready-to-dispatch item was suddenly shipped the following day. To date, I’ve still received no response regarding the second item or any explanation for the delay.

Really happy with the outside lantern. Gives a lovely cosy glow. Great quality and service.

I am so pleased with the lights. Would definitely recommend.
They came the next day and they’re classy and have three settings: low, medium and bright. I wanted something to lighten up either side of my inglenook fireplace and they’ve done the trick,

I chose lighting direct because a few years ago we installed their garden electric lights which have been good Also when I had a problem with 2 lights they were quick to replace them
I am now hoping that solar lights are easier to use and reliable. I chose their service for some solar lights They were delivered within 24 hours and I have been very pleased with them They are robust and versatile in the changing the angles of the solar plates and the lights, Also they have 2 different light intensities and the ability to switch them off with one button. They are so easy to use and move around the garden.
I would recommend the company and the lights. well done
