My experience is exactly like others here. Ordered 3 weeks ago Chased up after 2 weeks & was told they would be dispatched mid week this week but if never happened. Emails ignored & unable to make contact on phone. They’re Crooks.

Placed order two weeks ago, have queried where item is and been given a dispatch date which didn't happen. still waiting. no reply to last email and cannot get hold of them on the phone. Not sure if this is a Bonafide company, very suspicious considering other reviews.

Order no web75350. I definitely would not recommend this company. After paying £969 for my lights and being promised 3 times they would arrive on different dates and failed to do so, I asked for a full refund. This was agreed on 12 Aug by Lou and I was told it would take 10-14 working days. Again I have chased the refund and was promised it will be returned to me asap. Now 20 working days from the promise of my refund and still no sign of the money and emails unanswered when I chase this up!

I had never heard of the lighting company before using them for a house refurb so understandably was nervous, but I couldn't be happier!

They delivered in record time, helped me with payment issues over the phone, and when one of the glass elements was smashed, they delivered me replacements free of charge. I am so appreciative for their help and am currently looking for more lights from here!

Been waiting for a refund 4 weeks after item I ordered wasn't in stock are you sure this isn't a scam company order number WEB 75421

Super customer service from Lynne - she was most helpful and the Laura Ashley wall light was a good price compared to other websites. Most helpful and communication was super and efficient. Would highly recommend

Auful company. Item received in flimsy box, badly packaged. When tried to return the returns policy was ridiculous. Eventually return agreed in the same packaging after going through hoops, arrived damaged by courier ( not fault of vault) but if the boxes they arrived in first place were suitable for the item then I wouldn’t be out of pocket by £228. Whole experience absolutely shambolic. Please avoid

Useless.
Paid nearly a fortnight ago on July 29 and still haven’t had a dispatch note.
Called and emailed multiple times for an update, was given a dispatch date for this week which has again been missed with no explanation or update.
If you’re trying to redecorate or renovate and are relying on this company, expect to add at least a few weeks to your timescale.

Excellent price compared to other retailers. Item arrived within 48 hours, was carefully packaged and the crystal chandelier looks beautiful. Amazing company, would highly recommend and will be buying from them again.

The Bathroom light was delivered quickly and looks great.

We recently bought a set of three globe pendant lamps from the Lighting Company. The lamps were delivered quickly and were packaged well.

Unfortunately, we broke one of the lamps during installation so we contacted them to see if they can help. They came back shortly and offered to replace the item even though we told them it was our fault. We were willing to pay for a replacement but they sent it to us free of charge as a sign of goodwill.

I’m just absolutely impressed by the speed of their response and the effort they put in providing excellent customer service. There was no hassle in dealing with them and they were very communicative and respectful throughout.

We still have a few unfinished rooms in our new house but I’m already looking forward to purchasing more lighting solutions from them to complete those rooms. They’ve just gained more loyal customers!

Great lights, perfect for our room with a great ambient light. Fantastic communication when we ordered them as they were out of stock, we got an email notifying us, and also offered a refund or we could wait for them which we did, only a couple of weeks and received the order as soon as they were restocked with another email from the company to let us know they were on their way. Fantastic service and would highly recommend the lighting company

Ordered a table lamp price was cheaper than anyone else told me it was in stock delivery excellent received it today thrilled with my purchase. The lamp was well packed care had been taken to make sure there would be no damage. I would encourage anyone looking to purchase lights give this firm first choice from order to delivery nothing short of phenomenal Thank you.
