Quality product indeed

Excellent product and customer service, 5 sets of festoon lights for 2 Gardens, putting them up was a breeze,beautiful warm light ,so pleased with the lights and the company

Easy, smooth, fast and efficient transaction from choosing the elite festoon 15 metres to receiving them.

Fitted and working brilliantly; the quality of the materials and construction seem very sturdy and we'll probably extend them for summer. A very easy process.

Good communication from Lighting legends. The lights are nice and look good , my one reservation would be the Lux level when they turn on could be better, if slightly darker before they switch on thus giving a better initial look .

Scrolled the internet looking for the right all year round outdoor lights and you know when you’re looking but not feeling it, until, I came across Lighting Legends outdoor led’s, they ticked all my boxes and I wasn’t disappointed, they are a quality product and look absolutely lovely, I shall be ordering more shortly to extend them further into the garden 🤗

Still no reply from “director” Adam, despite full description of the incident with the dangerous, non IP 65 lighting including photos of the burned out lamp holder and visible water ingress in other holders, silence. Their products are dangerous and I wouldn’t have them anywhere near my house. Do not trust the reviews on their website as they do not publish negative reviews.

You are correct in that they were purchased in 2023 but they were used for only two summers then taken down and stored indoors. That’s how long this complaint has been going on, check your complaints emails. As for this being extremely rare you don’t have to scroll down very far here to find other similar incidents. I’m not after a refund or replacements here ( I would never have these near my house again ) but I do think people should know about the quality they are purchasing. And you don’t post honest, negative reviews on your website, why not ? The goodwill gesture part set offered still would have cost me about three times the price of the safe 12v full set from B&M which have already lasted as long as the faulty set.

VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE EXTENSION TO MY EXISTING LIGHTS, GREAT TO JUST SIMPLY PLUG AND PLAY, WITH THE ADDITION OF THE REMOTE NOW EVEN EASIER TO CONTROL.

We spent c.200 pounds on the lights etc including the unit which adjusts time, intensity etc. After 9 months it failed and i contacted the company. The phone didn't answer and after I left a message no one called me back. It should be under warranty but no no response. The service is not what is advertised

Ordered a set off Elite Festoon lights and they are superb quality they came well boxed and arrived super quick.these should last for year

Delivery is always on time & packaging is excellent.
I have had the lights up for a few days now & everything is working as expected.
This is the third set of lights I have received from lighting legends and I have had no problems with the lights or the company.
If you are looking for lights for your outdoors space I strongly recommend this company 👌

Our second lot of lights have arrived this week. We intend to add them to those around the patio ones we bought last year which are great. These ones will light up the side entrance for clients visiting the therapy lodge. ✨️

“I have been a loyal Lighting Legends customer for years and its a shame as I thought they were a really good product and really good company! My original Outdoor Elite Festoon Waterproof Warm White Heavy Duty LED Connectable String Light set from March 2022 is still working perfectly, which proves these lights can be durable. However, two newer sets purchased in late 2024 failed after just 13 months due to a burnt-out connection point that repeatedly tripped my fuse box.
Despite these being marketed as 'Elite' and 'Heavy Duty,' customer service refused a replacement, citing them being just outside the 12-month warranty. It is highly concerning that a product designed to be connected together failed in such a potentially hazardous way while my older set remains fine in the same environmental conditions. I expected better durability and a more proactive response to a safety-related fault.” If you are thinking of buying a set of these expecting long-term quality, be aware they may only last just past their 12-month warranty!

I bought these for my mrs, as she does like lights in the back garden. Ordering was simple web site easy to navigate and delivery was really quick. We've had lights in the past but can honestly say these blow all the rest out of the park. Very well made and think they will last a good few years. Put them up switched them on and wow i reckon you'd see them from space. I placed another order for the dimmer switch and run them @ 50% absolutely perfect. I would recommend getting the dimmer with original order then once there up you can control them with the press of a button to your preference. One happy customer and one happy mrs. Thank you.

"Super Festoon Lights," with their magical colours have created a "Festoon" of warmth, a mystery glow on my outside Cherry Tree...the quality of the product is brilliant, with the added bonus of being connectable, which means you can place orders as you go along, for accurate cover of your decorated site...the company is professional, excellent communication skills, willing to support your ideas, varied good price products...friendly service, secure well packaged items, with care plus excellent delivery...
People work hard to make a good company excell, I would consider "Lighting Legends" to be one of them and they deserve to do well, because, of their traditional business ethos... all the ingredients are there to make "Lighting Legends," successful...so glad I discovered you...

Bought the wifi outdoor socket.
Very good quality, much better than the socket I was replacing. Easy to fit and set up was easy too. Now have a fully working wifi connected socket that I can control from Google Home.

Great service ,Fantastic lights back door looks amazing

Purchased two elete sets of coloured lights in early Dec to decorate the front of our house externally, your never really sure what your going to get until you can see feel and use the items these though were excellent and looked great so I ordered another set which I can add on. I also ordered more of the gutter clips which are far superior to the diy stones purchased in previous years. Overall very happy with the products which look like they will do for years.
