Terrible service! Brought a head torch which came with a five year warranty but when the battery compartment broke just a couple months after purchase I reached out for a replacement, to which I had to pay for out of my own pocket.
Just for them to send the wrong part even after confirming via photos and now refuse to help at all!

The product u bought was or is great so far. Fenix flashlight. I know I know made in China, but I have nothing but great experience with Fenix. It's the shipping I paid for the expedited shipping with max 15 days. Took almost 25 days! I did not call as I was able to track it because I paid extra for the tracking. I would say pay the extra $5 and buy the light from a different company.

My Fenix headlamp arrived super quick, just as hoped for, works great. Great price too.

I paid for priority mail (7-15 days) but when I contacted them after 15 days it turns out they hadn’t even sent the item yet.
When I contacted them and requested a refund on my priority mail they refused.

I bought a rare to find lithium battery pack of 7.4V 4400mAh 18650. The shipping it took about 1,5 months (ordered on April 24, received on June 08) but I was well supported with an excellent communication.

I was a bit skeptical at first that my flash light belt clip was sent from China but it was at a good price and little money to lose if anything goes wrong. My tracking indicated that it was stuck in Shanghai for 2 weeks and was concerned and customer service assured me that it will get to me and I just had to wait but at least they were responsive in their assurance. Then I received the package after 2 weeks and a total of 4 weeks but eventually arrived. They did a good job listing the measurement online as in order for the belt clip to be an exact fit, correct measurements are essential which they got correct is which is what contributed to the perfect fit with my flash light.

Address inserted without street number causes a slight delay, however the issue was resolved promptly and customer service was reactive. Really like my product.

Very pleased with my R1250GSA front engine cover. Of sturdy construction it fitted easily, covers the area needing protection and gave enough clearance even for the fender extender I had fitted. Good quality, good price, and good service. I wish all suppliers were like this!

So simple to install without taking the batwing fairing off and wow its very impressive and I've had loads of friends saying how it suited my harley and fabulous it looked

I’ve bought several 12T6 lights from this company in the past for MTB night riding and they work pretty well. But I recently purchased an XHP70 which has issues. When used on full power it overheats and the light starts strobing. In addition the low voltage warning comes on after only a few minutes, when a 12T6 on the same battery only does this after a couple of hours. Lightmalls have admitted these are issue with the design but their only suggestion is to run it on low power (lower brightness than their 12T6) and only occasionally on full power. They took down my review of the product on their website, so I’m posting this here to inform others in advance of a purchase.

I ordered a headlight 4 weeks ago and haven't received it yet. No offence and no bias, it's a Chinese company and items are shipped from China.

I bought bike light with speedometer on 28/12/2022 from them. It’s 04/02/2023 which is more than a month and never arrived. They keep telling me it’s on its way. Please please avoid this seller. I’ve to open a claim through PayPal. Luckily I paid through PayPal. Strongly don’t recommend.

Ordered my item Dec 2 and as of Jan 4 it hadn’t shown up. I contacted the company and they told me that I would have some information within 2-4 days and to not worry. It’s now Jan 16th and I haven’t heard a thing from them.

Coming from China, I was a little nervous at first. Turns out, the items arrived within a very reasonable time and the price was excellent. The tracking of the items was a very nice thing to have. My items arrived before Christmas and everything was perfect. I will definitely use Lightmalls again. Thank you!
