Order never arrived & refund refused
Order never arrived & refund refused. I ordered LED Smart Lights from Light Room Company over two months ago for my grandson's birthday on May 3, 2020. They were supposed to arrive 12-14 after my purchase. Two weeks after, I contacted them. They said they were on their way but due to COVID, their shipping has been delayed. I said okay and asked for an update of when they would arrive. They told me a few more weeks because they were coming from China. They gave me a tracking number that stopped on Jun 6 and gave no more information. After 7 weeks, I asked to cancel my order. They said they would not cancel. I have been going back and forth asking if they can give me any more information. They have no more shipping information and refuse to refund. It has been 2.5 months since my order and I am now working with my bank to get a refund. Overall, this has been a big headache. The company has no reviews beside the five stars listed on their website. They also have reviews blocked on Facebook. In hindsight, it was a mistake to order from them. It is either a scam or a non reputable company.
