Our reindeer figures get an inventive, fairytale twist here with our Beaded Micro Light Stag. A slender metal stag frame is wound with delicate silver wire, onto which are threaded clear beads in several sizes, which seem to float about the deer, and which catch and reflect the lights from 50 warm white micro LED bulbs, also set along the wire. || We’d arrange this gorgeous decoration outside on a table in a courtyard or balcony next to evergreen plants or bring it inside and place it in a windowsill along with some sparkly fairy lights and paper stars. To illuminate, simply insert 3 x AA batteries into the attached battery box and switch to ‘on.’ Set the optional 6 hour timer for an automatic glow at the same time each evening.

I bought this for my mom as a gift for the winter & next xmas, its a really cool & sweet reindeer which can be used indoors or out. We have tried it outdoors next to a potted nordman fir tree & it looks really good at night. Sadly.... its too niche to leave outdoors especially in the frost & snow we've had for a couple of nights so she's put him in the hallway next to a smaller artificial tree. Still really cool, the item is well made, if issues are there then the antlers are quite loose in the holder , she put cotton wool to make them sturdier, also he doesn't sit flat, as his legs were bent up slightly but that was easy to rectify, its lasted well for the past 9 nights, he's been on approx. 6 odd hours per night & no sign of fade yet from batteries.

I mean for the money this is fab! Timer, a nice warm white glow, easy to stake if needed (stakes included) but ours sits on the path neatly wedged between two plant pots with a slightly bigger deer. It went out a week before Christmas and we’re still on the first batteries. Should see it through to Twelfth Night. I feel a bigger herd coming on for next year….

Overall the Stag is aesthetic ,though the criticism raised is the small number of lights ( not enough on the head and neck and more could have been distributed all over). Can not say I'm a fan of the micro beading either, it renders the deer rather cheap and tacky looking and does not add much to the ligjts. To sum ip more lights and no micro beading. Probablly a rattan weaving would be much better.

This Reindeer looks beautiful, even if a little small (I chose it that way to make sure I have space to store it). I love that it can be used outdoors and without a plug. The timer is a big plus. The only thing I am not happy about is that it comes with its antlers separate (for ease of storage) and you have to put them in place. Unfortunately one of the antlers stopped working (making light) after like 2 days. For this reason I am not very happy and do not feel I got my money worth. I turned the reindeer so it is not too obvious, but I am disappointed.
