Something of a difficult review as I've bought these lights for years now and been very satisfied. As I've used these core connect warm white festoon lights around my house for a long time it was inevitable that they would deteriorate and that is the case. I have 20 sets linked together around the property. I now have some strings with missing lights so I bought additional sets to replace the failing sets. Imagine my disappointment when I discovered that the core connect are now only 10 bulbs per 5m rather than the original 20 bulbs so I can't replace my old sets with new unless I buy a splitter and double-up the number of sets (at double the cost!) The final insult on doubling-up my garage lights was that the new warm white bulbs are actually pink. This makes my plans to replace broken strings futile as the colours are now totally different anyway. I'm now faced with having to find an entirely new lighting setup with 25cm bulbs.
