Ordered from this company before and purchases are very nice,ordered slightly bigger candle this time and looks ok in holder,they come with a remote control although I always use the timer on candle which gives you 6 hours lit and 18 hours unlit,over time the burners do tend to wane gradually but mine are at least 3 years old and are still going,very happy with their products and would definitely buy again but always use rechargeable batteries rather than ordinary,works out lot cheaper

Label removed from faulty light so unreturnable
Bought seven 5m Pro Connect coloured festoon lights to go around two glamping pods. Delivery was quick and the lights look fantastic but already just five months after installation one of the 5m chains has stopped working. The label was removed so I have just learned that this means the warranty is invalidated. So learn from my mistake: Keep all labels on even if they look unsightly just in case you get one that is faulty.
