Very helpful staff
I rang like mortgage advice enquiring about remortgage as I haven't got a clue about how it all works I spoke with a lady who was very helpful and explained everything to me she looked into everything for me and delt with everything kept in touch regular with emails and phone calls we had a few problems at some point but she sorted things out very professionally I appreciate all the help and hard work she did for me thankyou

Highly recommended!
After been rejected several times by first tier lenders due to a poor credit score and a credit default, Sam at Kensington Mortgages managed to get me an approval in principal within a few days. She was really patient and helped me compile a good case for my application. She then got me a first mortgage offer, then a second offer when the first one expired and interest dropped. I ended up a very competitive offer! I was very impressed. Thank you Sam!
