The smells are amazing
The smells are amazing. But what is a sign of a good quality melt is that when you remove it, it comes away so easy , in one go. You don’t have to chip away at it.
Totally recommend.

It would have been a five star but I'm a bit disappointed,I ordered two pop boxes which got damaged in transit and were put into the bin by the post office,when lilahpopcandles emailed me asking if I still wanted the boxes or my money back I told them I still wanted the boxes,that was about two weeks ago I'm still waiting IV not had a reply from them and IV still not got my boxes, but I think now I just want a refund,really disappointed

We are very disappointed to have seen this review for our small business.
Your order was damaged by Royal Mail and we sent proof of this and reached out to resolve.
We did replace your order as we have the tracking number shown as being delivered, we never let our customers down and always aim to resolve.
Sadly we cannot prevent errors which are few and far between by Royal Mail.
We are a very small business and everything is handmade, therefor sometimes things need to be made before they are sent, esp duplicate orders.
We have no further communication from you that we haven’t replied to other than the original email where we agreed to replace our order and did.
If you reached out via FB we have it on our Website we have been hacked and cannot access any of those messages, but we are easily contactable by phone or email.
We appreciate your order and have no issues with the fact you may want to shop about moving forward and we wish you well. Lilah PoP

If I need gift ideas I like to look on Lilah Pop & I'm never disappointed. Apart from finding something that the recipient will love I am also introducing them to the wonderful range of Lilah Pop & hopefully they'll buy for themselves

Amazing products will not shop anywhere else for my wax melts, mist diffuser oils, carpet fresheners, room sprays, car airfresheners, soap sponges, body butters every single priduct has amazing scents that last and last.
