Horrible experience. Customer service is non-existent. The fact that you cannot reach them by phone nor will they phone you is a dead giveaway.

It would appear that after a number of one star comments there is suddenly three or four four star comments. It might just be that company employees are possibly the area that generates these positive results, I shall leave leave the decision to you.

I only gave one star because didn't give me any other option.
I saw their advertisements on Facebook constantly and the merchandise looked fairly nice I have and wedding that I have to go to this Sunday October 20th so I purchased my dress on October 5th WITH EXPEDITED SHIPPING . It was supposed to be at my house by October 10th latest case scenario because it is a 3 to 5 business days shipment here we are October 15 and I have yet to see this dress I am so upset Please don't ever purchase from this company they don't have any way for you to even contact them to complain..
BUY USA!!!!

UPDATE the dress finally came the morning of my event and it had a TRAIN! NOT AT ALL ASYMETRUCAL as the picture showed!!!

Horrible! I canceled an order because I never received and the will not refund it - gave me credit to the store but will only allow me to use 1.50 of the $29.00 credit. Stay away from this site!!!

I'm even reluctant to even give them 1 * it took over 45 days to get my order then I requested a return and in exchange it's been 45 days since I even heard from customer service they finally contacted me and said oh yeah we will send out your exchange soon so over the course of close to 90 days now I haven't received my order they like to take the money but they don't like to give any type of good customer service I would not recommend this site and I will never order again from them and I will make sure others know

This is really really bad. The product is expensive and bad quality. the material used doesn't look like what is displayed in the photos and it is of poor quality.
$44.87 for this thing is a rip off.
In addition to that it takes weeks to arrive.

Well, two shirts came after a month of waiting. One never arrived. 2 that came a strange material, strange fit, and not worth the money.
Totally crappy quality and a bad experience just hoping they would come.
Again...Total Scam. Save your money.

Nothing fits right. Completely misproportioned. Can't return because shipping would cost a fortune back to China, and then they only give a refund if they receive in a very limited timeframe. Horrible experience. Just don't do it. What you see is not at all what you get.

Please do yourself a favor don’t buy anything from lilgal , these clothes are cheaply made the look cheep ,feel cheep , the return policy is impossible to do , I’m just going to take the 61.00 dollar loss and throw away the 2 shirts I ordered. Really bad quality of clothing.

I am very pleased with the service I received, especially with Karen's quick response. She quickly responded to every message that I sent. The process for returning my items was very user friendly and I was kept informed by Karen every step of the way. The daily updates regarding the progress of my returns was greatly appreciated.

I like the modest clothing that Liligal promotes. The site is also user friendly. In addition, the products are as they are in the display. The prices are reasonable which is an incentive to shop at Liligal.

First it takes weeks to get your order. When I received it, it was poor quality. I returned it and have been waiting for a refund. Weeks later still no refund. I had to contact my credit card company. WARNING; DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE

How long does it take to process an order??? 6-10 days. Seriously?? If I ever get this order, I can promise you I will NEVER order another thing from them. This is absolutely ridiculous. “Urging Shipment” button? I actually have to remind you to ship what I bought? You sure took the money immediately. Customer service sucks. Sucks. Sucks.

I ordered a top in May, it did not fit correctly. Returned it next day following their instructions where to send it, also got a RMA return number. Cannot call and speak to anyone. Emailed them several times. Never did received my refund. I contacted the BBB they tried contacting them. They did not receive any response from Liligal either. Never will buy from them again. They are a rip off company.

Ordered a shirt September 19,2019, here it is October 3rd and still no shirt. How long could it possibly take to ship this shirt? UPS says still at facility.
The problem is, it is a Halloween shirt. I had shipped to my daughter’s house since we were stopping in to see her, we are traveling in our RV, Once I leave, October 4th I won’t be home to get mail until November 1st. No reason to get a shirt I can’t wear for Halloween. I am very disappointed in how long it takes to ship items

If they had negative stars, I'd give a deep negative. Not only did I not get the right swim suit bottom, I have not been able to get in touch with the company . Letters don't go through and you must call from midnight to 3 am and it doesn't work unless you have gotten through by ticket.

NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. IT'S CHEAP CHINESE CRAP.

I did not recieve a blouse I ordered but 2 shirts of the same. This is ridiculous no phone number I'm very unhappy
