Shipping was slow expect to receive it morethan a month from your order date. The quality of clothes are cheap and sizing is inaccurate.
Don’t fall for their ads. Poor customer service too.

Even though I had some problems with them, their customer service is wonderful, they get right back to you, and they help to solve the problems so that you are satisfied with the results. Their clothing is beautiful and of good quality, you won't regret shopping with them.

I have found Liligal extremely easy to deal with on all levels. Their merchandise, as far as I'm concerned and have observed, is really well made. I do think their pricing is anything but "cheap" as their advertisement states. I find their merchandise to be pricey.

Easy to select - item requested was sent on time for vacation. Will shop again soon!

At first I wasn't sure if I want to place an order on this website specially they have bad reviews, but I still did because I love to have those cute clothing. I didn't realize I already made many orders from them, In terms of delivery I don't care about how long I get the items as long as they are shipping it to me. Since, this store is located in China so I dont expect to get the items soon. I always receive my order sooner than expexted. About returns, I didn't plan to return any of their items. Since most reviews says they are not good with returns, so I don't want to waste my time dealing with that. If I don't like the items, I take it as my loss.

I ordered $192 and most of the tops were too small. I sent them back for exchange and never received exchange nor refund. Communication took forever and thus I'd forgotten. The only way to check for their reply was to log in to liligal. Nothing showed up in regular email. The whole return is a big hassle. I'll buy elsewhere.

Clothing items are very cute and original. The time it takes to receive an item is pretty lengthly.

I was skeptical about the website, but took a chance with Liligal.com and I’m glad I did! I found the website while googling images. Clothes sold on the site are different from what you find in stores, which makes them unique! I didn’t think I’d get my items so quick! Even with the Christmas holiday coming up, I received my order 13days later and before Christmas! Everything fits to the size that I ordered for, this website is legit!
