Lucy at Lily and Bean went above and beyond to get a present to me in double quick time. She was so efficient and helpful and it has arrived - all perfect and just what was ordered. I have used L & B before and always exceptionally efficient and wonderful products - cant recommend more highly!

I received my bag and I’m so happy with my purchase. Any emails I sent were replied to and the staff were helpful.

I ordered the monogram tote bag for my daughter for her birthday. When I checked in on my order the customer service person let me know that she will do everything she can to make this happen. Her response was very quick and supportive. Excellent!

My sister got it for her honeymoon. When I saw it I was amazed how great the luggage are, so I decided to take it for my honeymoon after 3 years of my sister honeymoon hehe❤️❤️.

I have purchased both a bag and a set of cosy pyjamas from Lily & Bean and both are fantastic! I use my bag everyday which fits in all the essentials like my laptop, diaries, along with makeup etc. I also love my monogrammed cosy pjays! Dealing with customer service is easy as I had a mishap, caused by myself, and they were brilliant, very understanding and kind.

Had an issue with the recent order that was going to run late or maybe not make it at all. Was given some options for a replacement and a rush order and they were a very accommodating and went above and beyond and I appreciate the help.

I have purchased at least 10 bags from Lily & Bean to date. Ranging from their personalised totes to their beautiful leather bags, all of which are of superior quality, the leather products especially are fantastic quality and all bags come in their own individual dust bag! I would also like to mention the outstanding customer service I have always received from this company too, any questions or requests I have had and emailed or WhatsApped have always been answered straight away. Would DEFINITELY recommend Lily & Bean for anyone looking for the best service and quality!

I am thrilled with the assistance Lucy has been able to provide me when I encountered an issue. The website stated delivery would be 3-4 weeks, however, upon checkout it stated 5-6. Lucy has stated the totes I ordered will be delivered before my trip. I am so very grateful. She is a superstar and much appreciated. Excellent customer service.

Great, quality products and EXCELLENT customer service. I didn’t realize there was such a long lead time for my tote, and I really wanted it for my upcoming vacation. They were able to expedite it to me in time. I love Lily & Bean!

After placing my first order with Lily & Bean, I realized that the lead time was 6 weeks when I originally thought 3-4weeks. I needed the bag no later than 4 weeks due to a vacation I am taking. After sending an email to customer service, Lucy responded within 24 hours and suggested she could expedite my bag so I could have it in my hands in time for my trip! I am so pleased by the timely response and resolve of this issue and can't wait to enjoy my bag!

I placed my first order with lilyandbean for my niece for her 18th birthday and all my own fault had underestimated how long the order would take to process but after contacting customer services they helped me rectify the problem. They were so professional and speedy with their response I since then have received my purchase and I am beyond happy with my purchase. Thankyou so much I will definitely be buying again. X

Ordered a bag but was advised that delivery would be 6-8 weeks. Contacted customer services and said that it was for a baby shower and that I really needed it sooner. Customer services responded very quickly and the bag arrived in time and was lovely.
It is the personalised black jumbo tote with inserts and it is just perfect.

It takes a while to get the product if you’re in the US and you ask for customization but after I inquired about the wait time the situation was handled very swiftly and they were able to push my order through. They also respond very quickly to emails.

Great company, love their bags and the customer service from Lin was great when a delivery was returned as I was away and she was so helpful keeping it for me until my return and then reshipping it

Lily & Bean is a wonderful company with beautiful and functional products. Lin and Lucy were incredibly helpful and communicative throughout my experience. The team made sure that I had two personalized jumbos for my friend and I prior to a trip. One another order for a French Grey jumbo bag Lin kindly made sure that the lettering was printed correctly and the bag is absolutely stunning. This is a company that truly cares about customer satisfaction and their products are worth it. They go above and beyond to resolve any concerns and promptly respond to client inquiries. I am so happy with both of my Lily & Bean experiences and I look forward to continuing to add to my collection in the future!
