Amazing communication, next day delivery, care about first time customers, if you are not sure if you should trust them or not then you should 100%
they used dpd, and that really let them down, however they are looking at changing this, I did have a issue with dpd but this was out of lime pro gamings hands yet they still gave me a shipping refund, my response to that is these are people who offer no hassle buying.

Bought a THRUSTMASTER ESWAP X PRO CONTROLLER in March for my sons birthday. It was £130, it didn’t work properly as the L stick moved on its own, so asked for exchange or refund. Followed the very longwinded instructions to return and haven’t heard anything from them since.
A lot of money wasted and a very unhappy child!!

Well we’ll what can I say these people are shocking bought two tubs of g fuel one tasted ok the other taste awful sent them an email they where not interested stay away they are rip off people sell u faulty products hope they start losing customers they take ur money and when there is a prob they don’t want to know read other reviews

These are 3 words I would describe this farce of a company with. I purchased a Shaker Starter pack and then 4 individual samples to see what flavours I would like. Firstly their "Next Day Delivery" doesn't exist as despite ordering on the 6th at around 8amish, they didn't actually ship it until the 7th. After confronting them about this they then guaranteed it was shipped on the 6th... Yet their own delivery note confirmed it wasn't shipped until the 7th.

Secondly 2 of the 8 sachets were missing. I have raised a support email with them, but judging by how inept, unprofessional and incompetent they are, don't think they'll do anything. Avoid LPG at all costs.

Pleasant experience dealing with this company. They used DPD which are always a pleasure to get parcels from.

They gave dpd the wrong address, i took a day off work and I paid for next day delivery and have had to wait 3 days and still haven't received my parcel, they refuse to refund or compensate I won't be using them again

I’ve emailed Lime and I’ve just been going round in circles or getting ignored!

I placed an order a few days ago and it was delivered 31/03/2022 at 5:13pm. However, not to me/my address. I work from home so I never miss a parcel. Amazon Shipping left a photo of ‘the parcel’ somewhere random that did not look anywhere near me or my neighbour’s as I’ve checked with them. I then contacted Amazon Shipping to basically be told tough it’s Limes problem not ours.

Lime then contacted back to say where it was… i already knew the description of the photos as I had already seen it. So I knew it had been hidden under a garden furniture cover, but who’s was the question? Like stated I checked with my neighbours, gone around gardens and no one in our street has that furniture or anything that resembles that picture that’s attached to the delivered notification.

This is the second time I’ve ordered and had trouble with the delivery.

I’d be grateful if someone could contact me with a replacement or refund or even to contact Amazon to locate the parcel or replace the order

100% recommended! Ordered multiple times now as my boyfriend loves gfuel, everytime it has been delivered next day without paying for next day delivery, brilliant. They always have good offers on the tubs too, youll find it hard tof ind such a great stockist in the uk with so many flavours. Defo the number 1 spot i personally wouldnt even bother ordering from elsewhere now

Purchased some aim assist products from them from start to finish nothing was too much trouble. Communication all the way through the process. A process that was a pleasure to use iam disabled ex serviceman just getting back into gaming ..the product a1 presented in smart professional packaging if your worried about shopping online don't be with this company iam telling my gamer mates about them thanks again ....

Deeply unimpressed with the LPG lime gfuel shaker cup. I own 4 other shaker cups that are from gfuel and they are all higher quality than the LPG shaker. Im drinking The Juice right now as of typing this review, And it was incredibely difficult to open the shaker cup. My thumbs and fingers hurt alot and that never happened with other shakers at all. And when i finally opened the shaker, My gfuel spilled out of it because of how much force i had to use. When i took a sip from the shaker cup, It was sharp and that isnt the case for other shaker cups. It was 6 pounds, But i ended up paying 35 pounds for it instead because of shipping and taxes which is absolutely ridiculous.

I have been looking for Gfuel for a while and for some reason this place never came up in the UK even though they are an authorised reseller. I was pleasantly shocked to see the variety of Gfuel available and the prices for the items. Their selection of shakers and starter packs were great as well. I ordered at around 11am and the items were given a tracking number by around 1pm they were with me the next day nice to see a quick turnaround. I had read some bad reviews about this company but I was very happy. It was nice to see the amount of options they had for payment and finance as well as it can be a lot to spend at once for some drinks.

I was very happy with the sample pack I received as it contained none of the other flavour tubs I ordered which is nice so I can try out others without having to order a separate sample.

Overall will definitely be buying from here again when my supplies run out or I need more flavours.

I've ordered the 🎧 astro a40, couple of days didn't came item I've ordered and paid, so I 've contacted lime pro gaming, they requested send the pictures of My I'D, bank card to confirm My personal details, so I've sent it to them, I've received it within 2 days the headsets. I'm playing on the ps5 and TV just 1 game; call of duty warzone. I can hear the everything in the game, but I can't speak with other players, they can't hear Me, microphone didn't work it at all, I've followed it all the instructions from YouTube about settings, still nothing. I can't speak with people, they can't hear Me. I've reported problem to the lime pro game, but don't answer to Me. What I can do about it?

ordered the astro a10 headset for next day delivery item came next day and was well packaged will certainly use again

Expensive 3-7 day shipping took 12 days to reach me.
On top of that one item from my order was missing.

The support was quick and I got a refund for the missing item, which is a plus.
Still, not worth the trouble and I will look elsewhere for the missing item and any future purchases, as I am not prepared to pay for another round of shipping costs.

I have always been impressed with this company until my most recent purchase . I chose the 1-3 tracked delivery and it took a week to come. I found the response from the team to be not very caring about the matter.
