Quick Delivery, Excellent Support
I have ordered from them on a number of ocassions as they are the EU partner for Gfuel and the most cost effective way to enjoy.
Always arrives quick and in my own opinion it tastes great! Rarely had to speak to customer service team, but when doing so they are super helpful.
I also love that they have started using Amazon's business shipping service as I get updates more frequently and has improved delivery times!

Hi Danny, as advised by our customer service team when placing your order you did not provide your door number which means the courier could not deliver your item, only your road name was provided, I can see however we did reship the item free of charge after receiving the rest of your address.

Item didn’t work but customer service diverted me to manufacturer which had already been done (troubleshooting attempted) and did not allow a return. Now have an item of £179.99 that can’t be used and no return available.

Good and bad but fixable

This product was sold to work with PlayStation 5 and is not compatible with this console. Tried Hori pad mini for authentication pass through and still nothing. It’s just a expensive useless piece of kit. Please don’t buy for use with ps5 to avoid disappointment.

Too slow
Too slow, That’s why I didn’t send it review before and had to be reminded several times, From ordering, being dispatched and arriving took to long, I don’t expect next day but I do expect it within 4 days, products which apparently are in stock. Very disappointed.
