Just moved into my new flat. We purchased a sofa set and double bed. Quality was great and we couldn’t be happier with the service. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Il defo be ordering again! :)
Excellent overall ordered the rio led bed, placed order on the Friday came on the Monday cant fault it really tracking was provided and driver was friendly, bed itself took a while to put together but happy with the service overall

AVOID THIS COMPANY.I bought a Versailles daybed from them,via an offer from Wowcher.The ad showed that it came with two mattresses and was fully assembled and would be delivered within a week.The delivery of a flat pack frame and no mattresses eventually arrived after a delay of 6 weeks.I finally managed to speak to someone at Limitless Base (as they weren't answering their phone) and when I complained to them,they told me to contact Wowcher,as they were responsible for the offer.It seems that all Limitless Base are interested in,is taking your money and if there is a problem,they pass the buck as quickly as they can.DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS!!
These people are disgraceful. They have no concept of customer service and their delivery service is terrible. I ordered 2 coffee tables, the address was flat 11 and they tried to deliver to flat 1 and no phone call. I asked for a refund and they had the audacity to keep the delivery charge of £17. Steer well clear of them.
Ordered a dining table and chairs from this company via Amazon, they marked the item as dispatched leading me to believe that it was on it's way and delivery date was 10th Dec On further investigation courier stated that my address was undeliverable so I emailed the company regarding this, they stated that an email had been sent to me about a surcharge of £50 which would be due as my postal code fell out with their normal delivery routes, I would also like to point out that on Amazon they clearly state the charge for my postal code is £30. This company made no effort to resolve this matter leaving me with little time to obtain another dining set before Christmas.
