Dreadful Customer Service

Ordered a £2.5k oven for next day delivery for a new bar opening, didn’t arrive next day so called to be told it was being delivered on Friday (2 days later). At 10am Friday received an email that stated due to courier issues the oven would be delivered early the following week.
Absolutely shocking service that has directly impacted a new small business. I would not use this company again and would not recommend under any circumstances, use a competitor who I am sure values customer service far more this company does. Thanks for nothing!
Terrible experience
Terrible experience! Bought supposedly guaranteed products, but when they malfunctioned, the repair service they provided charged us nearly the price of a brand new item. And guess what? They had the audacity to claim it wasn't under warranty and still invoiced us for the ineffective repair work. Absolutely appalling! Don't trust their so-called guarantees. Stay away from this company if you value your money and peace of mind.

Inherited a Lincat Silverlink 600 Electric Oven Range ESLR9C with our house 7 years ago. Yes certain parts have needed replacing, thermostat, oven heater element and fan, but every part can be replaced cheaply and everything is available. I have come to love the simplicity of this cooker.

This is an absolutely disgraceful company to do business with, the first Lincat counter propane fryer we purchased went faulty whilst under warranty, after they couldn't rectivy the proplem they gave me a refund after a protracted and very far from amicable exchanges. I am currently having the same proplem with the replacement fryer which is again under warranty, I have spoken to them today and the Dragon I spoke to has said my warranty only now covers parts and not any labour costs as it is fitted in a mobile van. Do yourself a favour and never deal with these charlatans!!

Poor response from Customer Service
I help to run a Community Cafe-a not for profit project. On 26/9/22 I phoned the company's customer service to express my disappointment that our Lynx 400 grill had developed a very pitted surface and explained this to Mr Chris Dawson the manager. He appeared to be very sympathetic and to my delight he agreed to replace this faulty grill. However , that appears to be the end of the story as I can no longer get through to him on his number and the customer service team do not return my calls on this matter even when they make a promise that they will do so. I cannot imagine what goes on in Lincats customer service team but we do have a large number of very disappointed customers in our cafe.
Look to another company to buy induction hob
bought lancet phoenix induction hob cooker for £4000 thinking it should last 8 years. Just over two years two of the hobs broken with less than 2500hrs of use when meant to last up to 30000hrs. Sent in letter asking if could help as we were a charity cooking for the elderly and one week later despite emails and telephone conversations with customer and service care we were told outside warranty and sort yourself out. Don’t know where to start our oven was under warranty and we contacted them last month and it’s over month and I have several calls for update no one turned up to fixed the oven it’s good I gave bought new one . I would never go near them very bad service
Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company, as big as they are they're as cheap as old clothes. Paid £217 (half the cost of a new fryer) for a call out to fix a Lincat Fryer still under warranty. Apparently, the faulty safety switch was not faulty so they charged as the fault was not covered by their terms. Yet the switch has subsequently tripped on numerous occasions.

After 5 years with this commercial cooker, 4 out of 6 electric hobs don't work, trips fuses if a pan boils over, £2000 for an unusable piece of crap, just because it's stainless steel doesn't make it good, it makes it expensive and rubbish
Appaling Customer Service
I ordered a heating element for a table top fryer for my restaurant on 4th Mar'21 and the promised standard delivery was 7 days. However, it was not delivered and today (18th Mar'21)I called up the Lincat sales department to enquire the status. I was told that their courier (TNT) had attempted to deliver but our shop was closed. There was no card left behind by TNT that we missed a delivery and that we needed to call them. I called TNT after being advised by Lincat and they told me that the item had been returned to Lincat already. I was told to call Lincat back to get it redelivered.
I called Lincat back and then after insisting that they had the item back they checked and confirmed that they did receive the item back but they could not send it back to me and that I had reorder the item.
This is totally against the experience I have usually with other on-line orders where the company provided an order tracking on their website whereas Lincat didn't provide such a facility. They claim that TNT didn't provide them a reference. TNT didn't follow delivery instructions to leave with upstairs if we were closed nor did they try to contact me when they could not deliver. They didn't leave a 'Sorry we missed you' card with their contact details. Lincat didn't try to contact me when the item was not delivered and was returned to them. It was only when I contacted them that all this came to light. Further Lincat told me that since the item has been returned they cannot send it again and that I have to place a new order and pay for it once again but they didn't even refund the amount I paid originally.
This is APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE and extremely bad management of their vendors (TNT) leaving a extremely bad experience for me as a customer.
I am extremely disappointed at the service I received, the delays it has caused my business, especially during these COVID strapped times for the hospitality sector.
