Really easy to use booking system online. Booked a times lot but then had various correspondence after to offer earlier slots as they came up.
Arrived on time, professional and friendly. Gave recommendations/suggestions of where to buy from when it was found our fridge freezer was non repairable. Would 100% reccomend :)

Fridge/freezer
Frank came out to our broken fridge/freezer and condemned the appliance as it is unrepairable.. he then told us we are covered under the sales of goods services act and to contact AO who supplied it. Through doing this and Frank writing us a report to send we have received around 80% of our purchase price back.. Great service thanks Frank will definitely use again...

Brilliant, identified the issue with our in built dishwasher very quickly, has taken the door away to shave part of it off to ensure it fits better even though this is outside his scope and certainly wouldn't have expected him to do this :) would recommend and will use again if we need to.

Frank was friendly, professional and respectful . He didnt try and sell parts to me unessasarily.. he was practical and methodical in his work and fixed my appliance . Frank had an audience of me the dog and then the cat joined in . Frank works well under pressure!!

Great service by a genuinely local company.
Easy access to on line site for a genuinely locally based company. Ease in making an appointment for the engineer to visit at what I considered a reasonable call out charge compared with other companies. Prompt attendance and polite service and assessment of the problem, including an estimate if cost to repair and absolutely no pressure.

Engineer very professional.
Engineer asked if he could arrive early. On arrival he quickly diagnosed the problem, needing an expensive part which was thought would cure the problem. Because there was no guarantee that this would solve the problem he asked if the cost of the part and fitting being 50% of a new fridge freezer was worth a try. I gave the go ahead. He then arranged the repair to be done next day (to my surprise). Hopefully all goes well. Thank you.
Came again next day with the part and once fitted the fridge freezer was up and running thanks to a very professional engineer who knew precisely what he was doing.
Will certainly use again with any white goods repairs in the future and I highly appreciate and recommend.

Thanks for the review here and as you now know the module repaired the problem and you now have not only an up and running fridge freezer again but also a 3 months parts and labour guarantee on the work completed. Forgive me if I wasn't clear here, like with any PCB (Printed Circuit Board) / Control Module - as this is a static sensitive part the manufacturer will not allow the return of it unless the engineer fitting it is one of there suitably qualified engineers which, to be fair I am sure anyone would understand..... great to see another appliance not going to the landfill.
