Very poor service in event of a claim
You never know how good insurance is until you need to claim. I had been insured with this company for many years without claim and then I was burgled resulting in my front door completely smashed and property stolen. From day 1 there was no dispute that I needed a new front door. It took more that 195 emails, and 9 months to get my front door replaced. The repair company were completely incompetent and did such a poor job of finally installing a new door that it required multiple visits to rectify even the simplest issues (paint and the right screws). Linda Rowland insurance simply did not ensure my insurance contact was met. I would never use them again.
