Linden Optometry a P.C in Pasadena CA. Employees not trained in optical services. Management takes over the service and original employee is gone. Original employee took in the glasses for cleaning and placed the glasses in an ultrasonic cleaner for too long a time stripping off a lens coating and causing damage to impede vision through a non-clear lens. Management would not repair or offer compensation for the damage. Stating the product was brought in with that damage. Original employee was not available to confirm the statement, and the manager was not present when the glasses were taken in. The time in the store 1 1/2 hours. Cost of damage to lens with replacement only $300.00 to $700.00
