My order was shipped the same day. Received it in 4 business days! (AT to BG).
It was thoroughly packaged. The team is responsive. I had a Q before ordering. They cleared all my askings in one day. I had one of the cheapest 1:10 scale models of their catalogue - DF MODELS FIGHTER TRUGGY 5 BRUSHLESS RTR 1/10 4WD. All is working great and I had the chance to get into the hobby for a low price.

Do not count on support if a problem happens, they have such a big heads that they have knowledge above everyone and that you are the one which does not how an aircraft works! I've returned an article and nothing changed when I got it back. Run away from that shop!

Give this company a miss, waited 10 days for an order not dispatched, poor communication. Ended up claiming a refund via PayPal and seller dispatched after i claimed a refund. Will never use this company again.

Prices are ok, but don't expect any service.
E-mails get ignored and phone calls unanswered.

They emailed me to say an ESC ordered was not in stock and had no re-stock date. I asked for a different ESC but they sent a part shippment before responding to my email. (a day later)

I am now at 5 emails sent, the last response was clearly by somehone who desnt bother to read the whole email thread and completely failed to address the question..

will stick to my prefered shops next time (flash RC and intermodel) both have impecable service and shipping.

They give to worst possible experience i have ever had. I was ordering some spare parts to one of my plane. It did go very well, I was riding down my credit card information and it said complete. I was doing what I normally would do when I'm paying with credit card. Now they say It was not paid for and they keep sending me reminders, and of course I did say yes to the newsletter. I all ways do.
But, suddenly I was fighting with the inkasso company because they say I didn't pay for it. Under "my order" it says complete and done. How can you send me all of the things I've ordered and then charge me afterwards and say I didn't pay. They reply to me one time.. And I still don't have an answer if what went wrong.

Good price, good products, very good package.

Great RC shop.

Ordered some 1/8 motors, an esc and a transmitter.
Orders did arrive within one week (Austria to Belgium).

some things for improvement:
- lower shipment cost
- better packaging : last received package was severly damaged, but the goods are okay ;)

They made an extra withdrawal on my credit card without my permission... 9,95€ in extra shipping fee!? apparently because they felt like sending me 2 packages (the same day) instead of one.

Other than that I have no complains and I have been shopping here several times, but this really pushes my button.

Great Customer Service at Modellbau Lindinger. I had a verified problem with a RC plane cowl. Needed to be ordered from Manufacturer and was replaced without any problems. Took a bit of time ofcourse because the replacement had to come from China.
Excellent Service though! I am very satisfied with Lindinger. Also every RC plane i bought was very well packed to avoid damage during transport.

I bought a Multiplex Heron RR from lindinger last year. After only few flights The engine fell out of the mount. The four screws holding it were damaged in the thread, and were unable to tighten.
I demanded a new engine and the screws, but was told that according to the manual i should remove the spinner and propeller to inspect The screws before EVERY flight.
Now I'm left with a almost new but completely useless glider.
Thank you Lindinger, that was definetely my last order from you!

Purchased, in June 2014, a battery charger where warranty was stated to 24 month. This is stated on the invoice and also on an extra document that was in the charger package.
Now this charger stops working, but Lindinger clams that warranty is only 12 month. Further when mailing to them an answer takes several days.
Therefore my expression of their service is NOT GOOD.
