Lineberger Cattle Company. This review is only for the baby back ribs full rack and onion rings. The salad bar was a 4 but the ribs a 3 as they used liquid smoke and the onion rings were from a foodservice you can get at any fast-food place. My compliments to the manager who made no excuses and recommended the onion straws they make in-house. She explained it was liquid smoke on the baby back ribs as they do not have a barbeque grill. Well, why not? It is well known and popular steak house in Sherrills Ford, North Carolina. They are packed weekends from 5 to closing. The salad bar was good, not great but it was lacking many veggies. No gonzo beans. No sliced onions. The Cauliflower, Brussel sprots, carrot salad was delicious. My wife's medium rare sirloin steak was very good so a 4* on it. Last time I order baby back ribs there.
