The curtains I ordered never arrived. Contact with the company a complete waste of time. Reported them to trading standards via citizens advice. Why is this website still up?

My daughter ordered a duvet months ago which has not arrived. She has emailed Linen Fields but no response. Highly unprofessional way to run a business.

Items never sent. Had to resort to PayPal for a refund.

How am I expected to write a review when I haven't received my goods yet?

Waited over 2 weeks for order to be delivered, chased via email repeatedly without receiving any response, then chased via phone leaving a voicemail as no answer which then finally produced a call back by someone who was extremely rude & didn't come back to me that day as stated, chased again via email & finally got a response advising of a refund. I still haven't got a clue what has happened to my order! Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

Money taken but goods never arrived. How I wish I'd looked at the previous responses on Trustpilot. There were clues if you looked for them - like English not quite spot on. This is no way to make a living.

Not received the item.

I haven’t received what I ordered and my follow up emails have been ignored and unable to phone as they do not answer phone calls - not happy as they have received payment which has been debited from my bank account - so the question is where are the items in my order also why have I received this

Order immediately marked processed and paid, then no further updates after a week.

No way to know when and if the order will ever be shipped. No forecast. No way to cancel order.

No response to emails.

No response through the customer service form.

Wish I'd read the other reviews before ordering. Items ordered and never received, and reading the other reviews it appears that this is how they run their 'family business'. I've contacted them by email but no response, it seems I have to resign myself to the fact that they never have any intentions of sending out any of the orders placed.

Just been sent a reminder to review the company! Well I am still waiting for my order!! I have emailed numerous times and have no update on when I can expect to receive my order. Will never buy from this company again.

Goods ordered, payment taken, order confirmed... no delivery. Emailed several times, no responses; the phone just rings with no answer. Absolute scammers, do not use this company!

This company SHOULD NOT BE USED they will take your money but you will not get your goods. If you send email they don’t reply if you ring they don’t answer
Please keep well away. Hopefully they will get caught soon

My order confirmation was my last contract from them. No item delivered and no reply to my emails.

I haven't received my order yet.No notification that it as even been sent.On the 24th it was supposedly ready I've heard nothing else from them,

Very easy to order this fitted sheet for my daughter - very good quality. I have identical ones . Will be ordering again.

Cancelled my order. No response. No refund. Now pursuing via paypal, bank and if needs be court. As others have stated ansaphone on. Will try another phone and see if get through but can't see the point of wasting anymore time will let the authorities deal with them.
