Great customer service
Poulami informed me of a delay with my order from their supplier. Once my order had been shipped I was sent another email regarding when I should receive it and the company it was being shipped through. Its nice to have customer service that contacts the customer to let them know of a delay with your order instead of me having to contact them and wait who knows how long for a response, if you get a response at all.
