I received this beautiful bedspread that is EXACTLY THE COLOR I NEEDED for our newly renovated bedroom.
IT IS PERFECT!!!
The quality is lovely, the color is beautiful (and perfectly matched the online photo)
I liked it so much that I bought a spare!
Also, the price was very reasonable for a king sized bed.
I love it and will NEVER hesitate to but anything from this company in the fire, great job!

Texture is rough to the touch.
I did receive the sheets in a timely manner. I washed and dried them, threw out all packaging, and made my bed.
I expected them sheets to be soft and luxurious, instead, they're kind of rough, and very much like flannel.

The good and the bad
Items purchased seem to be good quality, but have only had them a few weeks. However, their customer service is missing in action. Sent an email about an issue and never received a response. I gave them a try but uncertain if I will buy from them again.

These sheets aren’t cooling at all
These sheets aren’t cooling at all. And the top sheet isn’t widen enough to tuck into sides of bed. Wouldn’t recommend.
Update:
I got an email reply to my review and the company offered me an apology and also went ahead a gave me a full refund for the cost of the sheets without me even asking. So I will give their customer service 5 stars. I was not expecting that!
