Buyer Beware ~ Lying about Linen
This company prides itself and advertises their products as being a cotton linen blend when in fact they'd sent me not one or two items that were not as advertised but three!
All three shirts have tags stating they are 100% polyester; I did not realize this until after their return/refund policy as my life and where I live dictates work/hunting attire,
When I had the opportunity to finally wear one I was shocked to see all the shirts were not as advertised and when I'd contacted them they had me jump through hoops (I even provided them with pictures) to ascertain that I had purchased the products from them,
Their last email stated once again that it was past the refund/return but that they would give me a discount on future purchases without addressing the fact that they'd provided products that countered the very ethos of their company,
This speaks volumes of falsely claiming to provide products that are not what your company proffers,
I said they could rectify this by issuing a refund for my purchase or send me three linen cotton shirts to replace the three 100% polyester shirts which I'd gladly return as they are unworn and as new as when they arrived, I have yet to hear from them since then,
Buyer beware.
