Amazing!

I had a very good experience with Linjer. The product quality is excellent and matches the description, with great attention to materials and finishing. rings warp

My boyfriend got me the leaf ring Freya about 3 years ago. After one year of wearing, one of the gems fell out. He contacted customer service and they sent another ring. Now with this new ring, the band is completely warped and isn’t a circle anymore, but a wonky oval. i wouldn’t buy from them again.

I really like "Linjer" jewelry

I really like "Linjer" jewelry, aesthetically... beautiful design, great quality and great prices... Beautiful packaging. Everything I ordered is as described and I really like that the jewelry I ordered and purchased can be combined with other jewelry from my collection. Poor quality and unhelpful and inflexible returns process

I saw the Diamond Drop Huggie Earrings Allegra in White Gold and thought they looked stunning online, so I went ahead and purchased them for GBP 1008 (originally GBP 1120 with a 10% discount).
The earrings arrived quickly, which was appreciated. However, in real life they were a huge disappointment. The earrings looked flimsy and cheap, and did not resemble a luxury item anywhere near this price point. The quality was far below expectations.
I initiated a return through the Linjer website and discovered that their only return method is via "ToYou" ASDA drop-off, with USD 15 deducted from the refund. Unfortunately, this is inconvenient, as the scanners at "ToYou" ASDA drop-off points often don’t work (from my previous experience).
I contacted Linjer directly and was told this is the only return method they offer. They did say I could return the item via Royal Mail or Evri, but at my own cost and risk, meaning I would be responsible if the parcel was lost. Fully insured Royal Mail shipping would cost around GBP 20, which feels unreasonable given the circumstances.
Overall, between the poor quality of the product and the unhelpful and inflexible returns process, I won’t be ordering from Linjer again.

Smaller in real life
No description of how big, grams of gold …. Watch out.

I have ordered emerald earrings Valentina as my first purchase, wasn’t sure if the website is genuine. The earrings came fairly quickly, tracked package.

To my surprise the earrings are a lot smaller than pictured. And when I went back to check the description it doesn’t say anywhere how much they should weigh…. 🧐 I can tell you the stud is bigger than the earring itself.

Also, when I tried to leave a review on the actual website, it doesn’t give you that option. No wonder all reviews are 5 star. Just realised that the emerald is lab grown. 😏

Clara Shimmer Chain - Excellent!

I bought the Clara Shimmer Chain Necklace as a gift to myself, and it exceeded all expectations. Shipping was trackable and quick, the item was beautifully and thoughtfully wrapped, and the necklace itself was even prettier in person than in the website picture. I loved it so much that my partner bought me the Tennis Bracelet for Christmas. Now I have two timeless jewelry staples I never take off. Linjer is one of the best quality brands for the best prices available.

Fast, no hassle

Issues with returned items now resolved

I arranged to return 2 items to their uk address for a refund - these were returned to me by Royal Mail . ** Update** seems this was a Royal Mail issue and the items finally arrived at the UK warehouse after 1 week and I got my refund from Linjer. This did cause me anxiety as their customer services took 4 days to reply to my emails when I reported the issue.

Beautiful products and great service

I ordered a gold petal chain bracelet. It's really beautiful. I had great communication from the company re delivery and they messaged to check it had arrived safely and I was happy with my purchase. As well as great customer service, I love their products and their ethics too.

I have ordered 3 rings in total, and I have to return one because it was the wrong size (it was a gift for my GF). All the purchase and return processes were easy-going. You have to wait a little longer than buying in a shop, but the wait is totally worth it given the price difference!

A classic must have

The pearl drop earring was exactly what I was looking for something timeless and beautiful that could be dressed up or down! The packaging gave me a very elegant feeling. Not to mention it was well priced for natural materials such as silver, fresh water pearls, and zirconia gemstones.
