Links Automotive Macclesfield - Excellent Repairs and Service
Links Automotive is a well managed and technically very competent company of auto repair specialists based in Macclesfield. Although some distance away, I was actually recommended by my local service garage to consult with Links, due to their special expertise in auto-electronics in VWs, Audis, BMWs, Mercs, and more.
Their reception (with refreshments!) includes a large window into a spacious and very well equipped workshop. This close connect is often absent in dealerships but here it enables a easy flow of information between the technicians, reception and their customers.
My car's electrical problem was diagnosed, with on-line estimates provided at each stage when remedies were discussed. As the car also had other major service tasks due soon, I was happy to leave the car with them for longer to undertake the extra work. This was completed about six weeks ago, since when the car has been running extremely smoothly!
As other customers also travel some distance, Links Automotive have a fleet of handy courtesy cars, including automatics.
